Our Marketing Manager, Emma Humbey, explains that for your app to be a success you need to start marketing your app as soon as possible. You need to build up your user base using existing online channels or building up new platforms, so they’re ready to download your app when it’s live.
A question we get asked a lot, ‘How early should I start marketing my app?’ and one which the success of your app relies on. When developing an app, one of the first things you need to establish is your user base, and understand how to target them. If you’re already got an online presence you can begin building up momentum in the lead up to your apps release date. If you haven’t got an online presence yet, then consider creating a little microsite and social media channels. It’s important to build up your user base, so they’re ready to download your app as soon as it’s launched.
We’ll be releasing a series of new videos over the next few weeks.
