We’re thrilled to announce our lead developer Charlie Tapping won App Developer of the Year at the UK App Awards 2017! We nominated Charlie for his long list of achievements during his time at Sonin. Where in three years, he’s gone from a junior developer to lead developer at only 26 years old! Since joining Sonin, Charlie’s helped drive Sonin forward. And he’s been a key factor our rapid recent growth.
The App Developer of the Year award recognises someone developing incredible and inspirational apps. Someone who is always pushing themselves to go the extra mile with clients. And Charlie demonstrates this in every one of his projects.

And helped client after client solve real-world problems. By learning the Kotlin programming language in his own time, Charlie’s opened up new doors for us.
