We’re hiring for an experienced Project Manager to join our team!

In this role, our project managers are responsible for multiple projects using Agile methodologies. This role ensures alignment with Sonin business goals and quality standards. They are responsible for timelines, budgets, customer goals and through our excellent levels of client service ensure our clients love to work with us. The Project Manager is a key driver of a great client experience, ensuring excellent communication and engagement throughout their relationship with us. 

Location: Reigate office, travel to other locations and customer sites as needed.
Salary: Competitive.
Contract: Hybrid, Full-time. 2 days based in our office in Reigate, Surrey.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week around core hours of 10:00-16:00.

Main duties and responsibilities 

  • Managing multiple, active customer projects using the Sonin project framework and the day-to-day fulfilment of customer expectations. 
  • Makes decisions based on commercial, client and staffing criteria.  
  • Accountable for the successful delivery of all assigned projects using Agile methodologies.  
  • Ensures projects, through from discovery to delivery, align with business goals, are of high-quality standards and satisfy agreed timelines and budgets.  
  • Records and tracks data to provide information to management on progress, blockages, solutions and successes.
  • Ensures effective client engagement, stakeholder communications and collaboration within and across teams. 
  • Motivates and supports the team to deliver on commitments and timelines.  
  • Manages changes, risks and issues through good problem-solving skills. 
  • Takes complex technical information received from developers and other project team members and communicates it in a way the client understands. 
  • Shares expertise, and coaching for other or new PMs as needed.
  • Focuses on learning and understanding industry best practice.

Work experience

  • Liaising with customers on complex IT projects.
  • Using Kanban and Agile practices.
  • Producing project plans, evaluating risks, and identifying mitigation actions.
  • Tracking and controlling project budgets and other KPIs.
