THE CHALLENGE

To meet its ambitious goals, Connells required a single, scalable platform that would:

THE APPROACH

We began with a detailed discovery phase, engaging 25 stakeholders from across the Connells Group. Through collaborative workshops and roundtable discussions with estate agents, we gained a deep understanding of the operational challenges and user expectations.


With a focus on unifying systems, we mapped standard technologies, audited integrations, and captured end-to-end user journeys. Our team then worked closely in partnership with Connells’ internal teams to ensure seamless integration with their existing infrastructure.
