Nursdoc, part of the Galago group, are a healthcare staffing agency specialising in placing nurses, healthcare assistants, care support workers and allied healthcare professionals in temporary, contract and permanent roles.

Due to the successful growth of the business, timesheet processing was taking up more and more time for the internal teams and affecting their ability to provide the high levels of service candidates had grown to expect.

The primary goal was to build a platform that allowed Galago to increase the efficiency of their timesheet process and reduce overall costs whilst improving client and candidate experience and visibility for all stakeholders.

Sonin worked with Nursdoc to produce a bespoke digital platform that has replaced manual timesheet processing with a seamless digital management platform.

Pre‑Validation Processing Alerts – The system checks submitted timesheets automatically, ensuring completeness before further workflow.

Automated Workflow & Case Creation – Once a timesheet is accepted, the platform triggers a “case”, logs submission details and manages maximum process times.

Analytics Dashboard – Gives managers visibility over timesheet volumes, processing delays, audit trails and performance metrics.
