Elanco is a global leader in animal health, focused on improving the lives of pets and their owners across more than 90 countries. With over 7,000 employees worldwide and a market leading portfolio of veterinary products, they wanted to go beyond prescriptions, by building lasting digital relationships with their end users: pet owners.

They came to Sonin with a set challenge of ensuring that their products were used in line with guidance and that compliance was in line with recommendations, helping to ensure that pets received the best outcomes possible. To ensure uptake and usage it was clear the app would need to add genuine, daily value to our customers’ lives.

The result was My Vet Program, a mobile app released in over 8 languages across the entire globe. Empowering owners to stay on top of pet care routines while providing Elanco with valuable customer insights.
