Student Swipe – Best Use of Digital from the Property Sector
For Student Swipe, we worked with Ashcourt Student Accommodation to develop a mobile app that would let their students manage the entirety of their student accommodation needs. And we’re proud to say the app won Bronze in the category ‘Best Use of Digital from the Property Sector.’ This category was all about using digital to change the property sector works. Because when it comes to the typical tenant experience, so many property managers miss the mark. But Student Swipe connects students and landlords, providing in-depth insight for landlords while empowering tenants with everything they need at their fingertips.

This category was all about finding an innovative approach to the technology, media and telecommunications sector.
